As you may already know, my name is Leah. I was born and raised in Southeastern Massachusetts in a family of 7. Right in the smack middle of 5 children, it wasn't long before I adapted to my own hobbies and routines. At a very early age I became very fascinated with typing. I don't know why, but I did, and so I was given a used typewrite to fiddle around with. I used this time to hone my budding passion for anything computer related, until my parents brought in a REAL COMPUTER when I was around 11 years old and I discovered the internet. It was a whole new world for me, and I started building rinky-dink web pages by copy and pasting different codes into generators. Little by little I started to get a hang of it and over the years I bought a graphics program and developed enough skill to make websites for other people from scratch.
In 2004 I started spending my summers on Nantucket Island after my family moved there full time while I was still in school. In 2006 I came after my freshman year of college expecting to come and go as usual, but I became heavily involved as a youth leader for Summer Street Church. God used those kids to change my life, and I made the decision to stay on Nantucket year-round. Since then, I've been blessed with a great husband who didn't just encourage me to continue in web design, but gave me a much-need kick in the pants to get it rolling. So when I'm not running around being crazy with my youth group, or playing with my family's border collies (aren't they cute?), I'm 99% likely to be glued to my Mac screen doing what I do best: being a nerd... and that's where you find me today!
